Not sure. Do not buy.
As the chain is made, each link has a sharp edge that will scratch and even cut. It's a nightmare when it wraps around your leg, so imagine the injuries it can inflict on a dog. And yes, the clasp is broken too. I complained and got a full refund with no questions asked and I appreciate that. It was a disappointing purchase. I will keep looking for something that is both affordable and SAFE!
