Easy setup, excellent price point for all features included
I like that it's simple to use & understand even if you're not tech savvy! It looks nice too! The customer service is great as well! There are some updates that could be made in order to make their system easier & more user friendly. We needed something that was easy to set up initially & also had an option to upgrade later down the line! Customer support really helped us decide what we wanted from our POS machine and they were open to suggestions/ideas. It's easy to use with very good customer service support available in case you need it! Nothing so far as i can see but if there were problems or questions they are always quick at responding back within 24hrs!! So overall its really great. Highly recommended by us especially considering our previous software was not working well anymore after many years since we started using them over 7yrs ago now. !

- Good Design, Clean looking UI / UX experience.
- Very helpful staff who gave advise about suitable model depending upon current needs etc.They listened properly without trying hard sell which helps me keep happy customers (not everyone thinks same way)
- Only thing missing here would probably have been online portal where my client may add orders instead sending mail directly
