I can never find anything that fits me. I have a big diabetic belly, flat butt and skinny legs. I bought a size 2X but wasn't sure about the size. I have washed them and hung to dry and no shrinkage. They are amazingly comfortable, but do tend to sag on my butt and even slide a bit. I'm going to try to wash and dry one pair and see if that helps. This is due to my body shape and not the product. They do roll some, but again, the band is about 3 inches wide, so it's just my belly. I will always buy these from now on. They are the best thing I've ever had. I may go down a size to XL next time if they don't shrink. I weigh 208lbs and am 5'4". Worth the money.
