Good monitor for office work.
The item arrived with the wrong power cord. But JJ WJ's good customer service took care of me. They sent me a new power cord urgently, much appreciated. The monitor was repaired by a certified SamSung office. So JJ WJ didn't know the monitor had the wrong power cord. But JJ WJ solved my problem without delay. I would buy from JJ WJ again.

- Mine was broken but it's a great screen. I just had to buy in the store.

- Poor quality built-in speakers.
