What I like about this curling iron is that it's bigger than a regular curling iron. I bought this to replace my and my daughter's curling iron and curling iron because it does everything we want it to. Replacing the heads is also very easy with this one. To change heads, simply slide the latch up, rotate in the unlocking direction, and remove. To insert, simply press on the head, slide the latch, twist and slide the latch into place. No matter how much I twisted or moved this curling iron, the lock never loosened or slid up to unlock. Even with my thumb around, you really have to slide it up to unlock it. It gets quite hot but it hasn't burned any of our hair yet with the included heat resistant spray. After we're done, we're left with bouncy curls or shiny waves. The curling iron is of excellent quality, does not dry out the hair.
