Review on Amerelle by Steve Stone

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Amerelle disappointed me because neither quality nor affordability were provided.

I was intrigued to read about Amerelle and their promise of high-quality, reasonably-priced home décor items as an online shopper. But after looking around their website and making a few purchases, I was let down by the whole thing. First off, while having a wide selection of products, I found the website to be challenging to use and unclear. Finding what I was looking for was challenging, and I frequently relied on the search feature to identify particular goods. Second, the caliber of the goods I bought fell short of my expectations. I was unimpressed with the quality of craftsmanship in the wall plates and light switch covers, which felt fragile and crudely constructed. Finally, the products' costs were not as reasonable as they had been represented. Although they weren't outrageously pricey, I thought I could have obtained comparable products elsewhere for less money. I did not enjoy my experience in terms of customer service. I needed to contact customer care since I had a problem with one of the things I had gotten, and it took numerous tries. When I finally connected with a person, she was useless and seemed uninterested in helping me solve my problem. Overall, my interaction with Amerelle left me unsatisfied. They may offer a large variety of goods, but the quality and value were subpar, and the customer service was poor. I wouldn't advocate for this business to others.

Pros
  • Reasonable Costs
Cons
