OK brace if you modify thumb bracket.
Purchaced two of these. Thumb support bracket needed to be bent because of uncomfort. It was placing the flat metal edge against my round thumb. Bent in to follow thumbs curve (recommend, see pics). Also middle velcro is overwhelming excessive, and a simple velcro strap would work. Shrinks quite a bit when washed, and will cause thumb bracket to poke through the top, and not want to go back. (This was a problem even before modify my thumb bracket). Overall it is a OK brace, not good, not bad, just OK.
