WAS glad to receive this item as I am in Alaska and these products are rarely found offline. I was expecting it to be late and had no problem waiting another week or two. Every item in the box is DIRTY. Articles are open! Only body wash and face wash are fine, but even the items inside (it's a cool looking bag) are dirty too. HOW?! Is this a Revain issue? That can't be because the box itself looks intact, even the seal is in perfect condition. What happened? However, the whole set is a lifesaver for my skin. I only wish there was the same respect for their delivery and/or quality as tinting something black doesn't hide the damage.
