I love all the features of this stroller. Yes you could go cheaper but you would lose quality and features. I like that it converts into a cradle. You can insert the car seat into the stroller seat like most strollers, or you can remove the stroller seat and simply attach the car seat. This makes the stroller less bulky when folded. I also like that you can position the seat toward you or forward. There are a few pieces involved in assembling, but they are very easy to put together along with the instructions. I can definitely recommend this stroller. I haven't had the opportunity to use it that often
