Good quality and great company
These shelves are strong and well made. Be aware that exceeding the weight limit (11 pounds) can make them feel a bit tipsy, especially on carpets. At this price point, you can't expect features like leveling tips, which would be nice to have. Hiding the cord in the handset is a nice feature. I feel compelled to acknowledge the manufacturer's truly outstanding customer service. I had an initial quality issue and called customer service, contacted a real person (no phone tree) and they quickly took care of the issue. I was impressed and would not hesitate to buy again from this company who stand behind their products.
