Review on Glow in The Dark Tape - STARREY 1/2 in X 15 FT Waterproof Photoluminescent/Luminescent Duct Tape Stickers for Halloween Party Clothes, Floors, Steps, and Exit Signs by Dan Deng

We keep our bedroom pretty dark all the time. I like having light and being able to see what I'm doing but my boyfriend loves darkness so he gets to keep the bedroom feeling like a cave while I enjoy the light in all the other rooms. This leads to a couple problems when it comes to finding black remote controls on our black silk sheets in the blackout curtain laden room. Or finding the black flashlight to look into our dark drawers. Yeah, the solution could be to turn the light on or open a curtain but that's just too much work. So I ordered this tape with the hope that enough light would enter the room to "charge" the tape and allow us to see these items at night. This didn't happen because you definitely need to keep this tape exposed to light more than not exposed.BUT. it does look like a faint yellow even when not charged so we can still see the tape better than the black items so it actually works even without being charged.I'm considering putting it on the light switch in our garage because I can never find it in the dark but I think I would have the same problem there because the garage doesn't get any sunlight unless a door is open.Pros - sticks well, glows well when exposed to enough light for long enough, has a light yellow look in the dark even when not charged, thin enough to put on small itemsCons - needs at least 30 min of light every couple hours to have even a faint glow so if your room isn't well lit with lamps/bulbs/sun most of the day then it will be difficult to make it work well when the lights are off
