First time car audio and it worked for me. The only caveat I'd like to make is that while this is ideal for head units with built-in amplifiers, if your car has 6 or more speakers instead of 4 like some trim panels, you'll need to reconsider whether you're going to close them Connect loudspeakers in parallel or connect an external amplifier. As for me, my car had 6 speakers but I didn't want to bother with them so I just removed 2 and made it easy. Works perfectly!
