We've tried everything to get gray grout off our black porcelain tile (vinegar, other grout removers, wire brushes) but nothing worked. I purchased this product and paired it with a drill bit cleaning kit and was amazed at how easily the stains were removed and the tile looked brand new again. I let it sit for 10-15 minutes and then cleaned the tiles. Then wipe with paper towels and damp sponges. Like new :)
