If I had bought it at full price I might not have given it 5 stars for the value but it sold for $199. I bought this for our home in Florida where I have 3,000 square feet of tile and washing it all up is a chore. I bought the wired model because of the price difference and because the wireless charging only takes 20 minutes, which doesn't add much. The cord is quite long and apart from a few occasional tweaks we had no problems with it. I spray stains with an all-purpose cleaner on any very dirty or sticky areas (around dog harnesses, around the dishwasher, right next to the door). I just spray and leave the area damp until I reach it and then the mop cleans it straight away. Without pre-treating these areas I had to go over them several times (but you can use a regular or steam mop). I sweep the floor first, I don't have to, but if I don't, the water gets very dirty, and why make the mop work harder when a quick mop or brush will take care of it. My long hair is particularly problematic when I don't pre-sweep, it winds up in curlers and takes longer to remove than pre-sweep. Leaves very little water behind thanks to an unwashed dry strip between two rollers, slightly overlapping your strokes. I bought extra rollers and a cleaner specifically for tile floors and I highly recommend them. They have hard bristles mixed with a soft roller and can handle textured tiles much better than the rollers that come with the machine. Although I originally bought it for a home in Florida, I will be bringing it back to our other home this spring and trying it on the 5,800 square feet of hardwood we have there. Will update my rating then.
