I recently bought this because my dog doesn't understand the concept of inclement weather. If she wants to go for a walk, we must go for a walk. The only thing my dog raincoat MUST have was the top opening harness this one has and ironically I have yet to test it. My only criticism of this product is the elastic "hoops" for the rear legs. He climbs up her legs into her female parts, which looks very uncomfortable. I'm deducting a star for this as the back of the coat is now hanging loose and doesn't protect it as well as the rest of the coat. In any case, the product is generally satisfied. Maybe some more R&D to improve it, but otherwise a decent product.
