We love this item! Arrived quickly in a huge box. Vacuum packed in another bag. It's quite heavy for one person and difficult to move, so unpack it exactly where you want it. We smashed it, punched it, kicked it, rubbed it, rolled it, and did everything you can think of to speed up the process. Thus, it was fully fluffed up in about 12 hours. So it didn't take long like we did. We stayed away from him for a few days anyway to see if there was more to come. It seemed a little empty so I emailed the company and they very kindly helped me fix this tiny problem. I am very satisfied with the customer service from this seller. It's very large and takes up quite a bit of space (about the size of two single beds!). Will definitely be ordering another one for my husband to stop stealing mine. The seller is very polite, answers all questions, solves all problems quickly. I'm 5ft and it's very comfortable for me with lots of extra room. My husband is 1.80 m tall and feels comfortable too. One of them is great for some kids to hang out. We plan to buy our nieces a small one each so they don't fight over a big one. I am very happy with this purchase. I was skeptical at first but I'm glad I ordered it. After seeing it fluff up and increase in size, I have no doubt that it's worth the money.
