Sometimes it takes longer than I would expect when running queries through my report builder which makes me think there could be some issues that need addressing by support staff but we've never found any problems so far. This has been great for us since our department was previously using multiple different tools before finding something suitable here at work. We're able to easily find out about how people use certain areas within our website (e.g., what pages get most views) without having to rely solely on internal reporting systems or spreadsheets anymore.
