Adheres well but small for renal dialysis catheters when protected from shower water. You must be creative. What I do is put a latex glove on the end of the catheter (place catheter in middle finger groove of glove). I tape the open end to the skin and then place a Zinkor tape over the catheter area and glove. I usually wrap part of the bandage around the dangling portion of the gloved catheter because it allows my husband to clean as tightly under the dangling catheter as possible. After his shower we found the bandage was holding and preventing things from getting dry. You just have to be creative in every situation.
