Adheres well but small for renal dialysis catheters when protected from shower water. You must be creative. What I do is put a latex glove on the end of the catheter (place catheter in middle finger groove of glove). I tape the open end to the skin and then place a Zinkor tape over the catheter area and glove. Great for large wounds. I had a cut in the groin area about 6 cm long. This bandage was flexible enough to cover this tight spot to prevent any chafing or soiling/bacteria. I suspect some of the negative reviews are due to people not putting the bandage on properly. The end result is a very thin layer of bandage, which I really like. But if you remove the outer layer before applying I imagine it will be very difficult to work with so don't do it.
