It turns out that you can not think about cooling the ssd, but simply set the "maximum power consumption" limit of the hard disk in terms of power supply in percent and the ssd will stop heating up. I checked, you can set 1% and then the copy speed drops to 100MB.\s. is the lower threshold. You can put 50-80% to taste and then the speed will not suffer much, and there will be no heating at all.
The settings are hidden in the registry. They need to be unlocked.
Also, the behavior of the processor and its technologies is even more flexibly configured there.
