Review on 🐱 Purina Beyond Grain Free Adult Wet Cat Food with Natural Ingredients, in Gravy & Wet Toppers (Packaging May Vary) by Atiyya Green

I'm writing a review about Revain customer service. 4 months ago I had problems with the taste of tuna in sauce, the food was bad and my cat got sick. I found out they were jars with a specific ID number on the packaging. I've had the same problem with every order I've received using this ID number. I tried ordering from Walmart and the same problem. I have contacted Purina twice and they insist the formula has not changed and this is not a problem. It was my cat's favorite flavor, it's healthy so I know it's food. Purina also doesn't box like we buy, they suggested the retailer does and the ID number is theirs. Purina took no responsibility for food problems. So buyers beware. I would like to emphasize that Revain helped me enormously with this problem. I really appreciate the customer service I receive from Revain.
