So if there is not much wall space, here is your answer. Attractive design. I've been using them for about a year and the finish is still as good as day one. The towel rails are hollow but of sufficient diameter and thickness that there were no issues with their functionality or strength. They should remain functional for many years. The distance between the bars of the Delta Cassidy is just enough to prevent the rear towel from touching the wall and leaves air space between the towels hanging on the rack. This air space really allows the towels to dry. The distance between many towel rails is so small that the towels touch the wall or each other, so nothing can dry properly. The outer rod is about 6 inches from the wall at the ends and 7 inches in the middle, and the two rods are about 2 3/4 inches apart. There doesn't seem to be much space, but it's enough to leave enough air between the towels to dry. Installation is not difficult for an ordinary master. Instructions and mounting hardware are included. Upon arrival, one needs to be checked carefully. The set screw that attaches the stand to the wall mount plate comes screwed into the stand itself, not in the parts bag. I bought six Cassidy towel rails in various configurations and found that most of the time during shipping these set screws came out of their own hole and were either dangling in the box or lost altogether. I had to return a set of towel rails for replacement as the set screw was lost. So make sure they are all there once your order arrives. Don't wait until you hang your towel rail to realize you're missing a small set screw. All in all I would still buy it again after a year of use. In my opinion they are good value for money.
