I bought these after searching everywhere for pliers that would fit what I needed to do and none of the locals carry anything , which would work . Power steering reservoir for a 2008 BMW 335i (E92/E9X, N54/N55). This involves removing Jose's factory clamps and installing the new hose clamps that came with my stock FCP Euro body. I couldn't even figure out what the clamps were named without doing a lot of research. Here on Revain you can find references to them being called "click-r" type clamps (or maybe it refers to something else) but the true/original name is Oetiker clamp. These pliers were able to successfully install the smaller and larger of the two different sized clamps needed for the power steering lines on my car. When installing, make sure your pliers are pointing in the right direction. Move slowly, and if something doesn't feel right, don't do it. Don't force it, flip the pliers over and try again. And if you have enough extra tubing to do that, I suggest cutting off the last 3/4" of your tubing before installing the new clamps. The reason is they may be the same as mine where the tubing is pretty old it was so compressed that after reinstalling it with the yoke in its original location I had a very very small leak from a hose at the end until I cut it and pinched a new section of hose in the tank at the nipple.
