You can also buy cheap disposable mops with a built-in felt.

Does not glide well on any material when dry, so is ok in wet conditions. However, if you try to change the buffer, the felt will separate from the glue, so you'll have to try and scrape it off the squeegee. Not worth the hassle, so only use with cheap disposable wipes.
