High quality, good value product.
I had an issue with the first batch (no product) that prevented me from receiving it. I spoke to customer service and they were very understanding and offered to send a replacement free of charge. I really appreciated that as it was something they probably didn't have to do. All in all it was a great product. For a couple of years my rear wiper hasn't wiped more than a 3 inch strip. I switched brushes several times and finally decided to try the lever instead. It worked like a charm and was inexpensive.
