The stand is cheap but very strong. The base is a good weight, but like any mic stand, it will tip over if hit hard. Everything assembled quickly and easily. The height is good for a table and easy to adjust. Put it on a chair or short table that can easily be used for an acoustic guitar mic and you can even do without the rear and maybe even the front amp mic. The only thing I will swear by is that the clamp clamp seems to give a little more than the other clamps. He felt free. But that's not against the terms of the contract. Definitely worth considering if you're on a tight budget.
