Do not buy this model with AMD chipset
RUN! The overall hardware presentation is really nice and polished. It was a frustrating and frustrating experience. I uninstalled all the software that came with it and even uninstalled my antivirus hoping it wouldn't take more than 2 minutes to open ANY web browser. Updated drivers, firmware and bios. Make sure nothing is running at startup. As a result, HP blames AMD and AMD HP for the hardware issues specific to this model.
