Have been needing a new set of roasting sticks for a long time and bought these as they looked sturdy, the price was great and our current sticks were not. expand and children are always too close to the fire. These roast sticks are exactly as described. We even made some sausages on a stick and they handled the weight well. But we bought them to make s'mores and they worked great. We currently use them in a hole in our backyard but will definitely take them on our next hike and buy an extra set or two as they are reasonably priced. Honestly I didn't expect much for such a price but I'm very happy with the purchase.
