Review on EDI Solutions by Francisco Garcia

The best thing I like about this software is that it has almost everything you need for an online survey / feedback system, including live chat support if needed! It also allows me access from anywhere in Canada or US as well so no excuses not to use when travelling abroad! There's nothing much i dislike apart form maybe some minor UI issues here and there but these can be easily fixed by just clicking the icon next to each button/link which shows its function once clicked! Great product overall worth every penny spent!! We are using edisolutions' e-survey solution called 'Surveys', we have been able to improve our customer service & satisfaction levels within my organization through implementing their excellent toolset.
