I bought these to replace switches that look exactly like them. The difference is that these switches look and feel cheaper and weaker than the ones I removed. The ones I removed worked the opposite of these replacements, meaning that when the switch was in place the original had the indicator on top. When the top of the switch is pressed, the headlight and LED light up. If I set these switches to the same position as the original ones, with the LED indicator on top, you now have to press the switch to turn on the headlight and LED indicator, making the indicator less visible in the on position. I rotated the replaceable switch 180 degrees so the LED is down and when you press the switch the headlight comes on and the LED is on but down. I have two of these for street lights in a row of switches for different light sources and they look out of place compared to the other switches because when I have multiple lights on two of the new switch indicators are on the bottom and the rest are in a row arranged above. Although I can live with that. I'll see how long they last though. The originals lasted 4 years with active use.
