I returned this product because it was misleading. One and the most important thing or fact that matters about this product is HOW MUCH WEIGHT IT CAN HOLD. Of course it doesn't say it in the description so I bought with optimism but when I received the product happy and excited I was completely amazed. It just seems like it can handle a maximum load of around 100 pounds. You definitely won't be able to fit 45lb plates as those cranks get in the way (they're a lot smaller than you might think from the picture) so you're forced to use 25lb plates and you can only stack about 4. It's probably good for dog training, but definitely not for humans. Hope that helped
