This is a great tasty snack or meal for the little ones or people like me who have had stomach surgery. I had weight loss surgery and packages like this are perfect for me! I can only eat about 3 ounces so it's the perfect size to limit volume in my stomach. They also contain vitamins and no additives because they are made for babies. They are delicious! Who doesn't love bananas and peaches for baby food? lol ok bear with me they work just wonderful as one of my 3 meals or 3 snacks. Low in calories, low in fat, and a small portion of protein, but it works, especially when I pair it with peanut butter or nuts.
