I like that you can use your phone to check in with my account manager whenever i need some help, or just so he knows what's going through me when it comes time for payments! It makes having an overall better experience because we are able tto communicate more easily throughout our lifecycles of buying homes from this platform!! Nothing at all really dislike about sunflowers assets as far is concerns us using them daily but maybe if there were other ways they could make their product easier/more intuitive? We're looking into moving away form paper checks towards online banking options which gives ease during tax season (and also saves trees!).
