Arrived tightly packed in box and bag and was a hassle to get hold of. square foam on the outside of the cover with your hands. It was very difficult because you could hardly chip anything with this method. So I opened the lid and cut the styrofoam straight from the inside, making sure there was a strong, hard core in the middle surrounded by debris on the sides. Keep in mind that it gets messy this way. It took about 5-7 days to fully expand. It's more of a pink Pepto-Bismol than the purple in the picture. Much more comfortable than beans and big enough for a tall adult. Overall I am satisfied with this chair.
