I wish I could pay more attention to what was NOT said in the description. For example, yes, the shell is washable. Inside, however, they are filled with loose pieces of foam rubber. So if your cat pees on a bean bag chair, you'll need to remove a huge bag of loose foam to clean it. Should I just throw away the $100 bag? The brown one I ordered came without an outer case and Revain advised me to send it back and order another as I was unable to reach the seller.
