Review on Comfy Black Bean Bag Chair for Dorm Room - Sofa Sack Plush Memory Foam Filled Furniture with Microsuede Cover by Joseph Mannasseh

I bought two of these on the same day, one brown and one dark blue. I received them in about a week. The navy blue bean bag was as advertised. The brown one I ordered came without an outer case and Revain advised me to send it back and order another as I was unable to reach the seller. The navy blue chair is 4 feet wide and has an inner liner that holds the foam pieces. The new gray one I received is 3'3" wide and has no foam liner. There is a definite difference in the quality of the two beanbags. The second has a bad smell, has less filling, is thinner and the Chair is about 10" smaller in diameter. The pieces of foam I had to take out to shrink the chair to shipping size were not memory foam. Also, I paid more for gray. I have the 1-800 number on the packing slip called and was told to wait 5 days to see if the foam expands more but that won't help with lesser coverage.I was also told the missing inner liner would be fixed by sending me one send other outer liner.It took some time and two vacuum cleaners to compress the chair and put it in the packing box to send it back.
