Pros - they are very comfortable and offer a high level of performance. I have been mountain biking for many years. There are lighter running shoes out there but for the price they are great. I didn't feel like spending more than $200 on cons - they're a little heavier than others, but once you're on the bike you don't notice. The top buckle is okay so far, but I'm not sure it will stand the test of time. hope it lasts I would have preferred to have a velcro strap on top (the other two velcro straps) as I know this will be secure for a long time.
