The ease of use and the ability to import data from a variety of sources. It is also very flexible and allows for customization of the data. I do not like the limitation of having to pay for additional API keys. It is a great product and should be considered for your business needs. I am solving a problem of being able to easily collect data from multiple sources and then be able to easily analyze the data in one place. The UI is very intuitive, making it easy for even non technical people to use sheetlabs API without any issues. Also the support is excellent with quick responses and great documentation. There are no cons as such but I would recommend that they add pricing plans or at least give an option of paying per request basis rather than fixed price per month plan. We have used this in our organization where we need to store data in different formats so that various applications can access them easily.
