I love it most of the time, but to be honest I haven't read the guide enough to use it properly. I usually only use them for calls and you need to stay close by when not connected to a phone to get good call quality. Still, I didn't have to use them in any situation where I needed noise cancellation. What impressed me the most was the ease of charging. The case stays charged for a long time and it's great to just put it on a wireless charger. This is my first pair of true wireless earbuds. I used to use a pair of Beats wireless headphones that were still wired together. For some reason nothing stays in my ear no matter what earpiece I use, so I have to assume I must have oddly shaped ear canals. Who knows. All in all, this seems like a good buy. Update: Downgraded from 4 to 2. I learned how to use functions on them. I'm only happy with them when listening to music, and even then it's difficult because no matter what size earbuds I put in, they fall out of my ears! Phone calls are sometimes acceptable, but in most cases, the other person often breaks up. Most of the time when that happens you think it's the other person, but when I switch to speakerphone I can hear them just fine. Not suitable for doing anything physically with them or taking calls. It's too late to come back now, or I would. Sound quality for music and easy charging and battery life are all these pups need.
