**Updated 10/30/2018 Received new tripod for Pro 2+ 263AB100. Very disappointed with this MACC. I don't know why people are praising this model and saying it's durable, but it's not. The replacement I received is also wobbly and the MACC scratches the center column when raising or lowering it. Not sure if this is a bad batch or if it applies to all Alta Pro2+. This was my first experience with Vanguard products, will now be looking at other brands. ---------------- Looks like I received a used model or something, shows signs of previous use/wear and tear on this tripod. Also, the center of the column is wobbly. a lot of! This tripod leaves a lot to be desired. I've read the manual carefully and taken the time to learn everything about this tripod, but nothing will fix the shaking. The center, which rotates and holds the rack in place, also wobbles. It's not a solid tripod, I wouldn't use it for night photography, long exposures, or anywhere else where it can get very windy.
