Helps to relieve pain: Neck and neck pillow
Super comfortable pillow! I have neck and shoulder issues so this was almost perfect for me. It is good for sleeping, especially if you sleep on your back or side. However, for other reasons like reading, watching TV, etc., it takes up a lot of space on the bed. It's very comfortable and really conforms to the shape of your body to relieve pressure. I would definitely try!
