1 of 5 Suitable for Birthday Candles

Hosting a birthday party for a five year old with 5 candles on his cake. Only one of them came back and that was with a little help from me by blowing more wind after my son blew out the candles. I was disappointed that not more/everything caught fire. They were also a bit on fire by the birthday song so I'm not sure why they didn't work. At least he was surprised he came back I think. Update: Tried this a second time on a different birthday, same results except no one came back with eight candles lit.
