Very disappointed with my rating
One of these two hats is missing 3 or 4 bells. They didn't fall apart in the packaging. If it were, I'd reattach them and keep moving, but they're just missing. The other hat has someone's initials written in black felt pen. They were obviously used and returned damaged but then resold. Very disappointed.
