Review on Tiny Tach TT2A: Highly Efficient πŸ” Tachometer and Hour Meter for Precise Performance Monitoring by Chris Sandridge

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Works great!: Electric

I needed a simple tachometer that would fit in an old 4400w alternator. It is imperative that the machine be run at close to 3600 RPM to produce 60 cycles per second. The original RPM was lost when I rebuilt the carburetor. I drilled two #10-24 threads into the alternator handle next to the spark plug for the Tiny-Tach installation and connected the wires as directed. Then it was easy to set the engine governor to 3600 rpm. Clear recommendation.
