I purchased it for 13 thousand dollars at the official store. At first, they did not sound very good because the equalizer had been activated on both the phone and the personal computer. The sound quality is severely compromised by the use of any third-party equalizers. We power them down, download the Sony software designed for headphones, and within that program, we have the equalizer already set up as it should be. By the way, there is absolutely no distinction between LDAC and SBC in any form. The people that wrote about it (the difference) apparently thought so because they had a third-party equalization switched on, and when they turned on LDAC, it turned off, which resulted in the sound getting better as a result of this. You can find a video on YouTube titled "LDAC - the worst codec" to learn more about the reasons why this codec does not matter in the price range of audio devices that are being discussed here. The bass in the majority of tracks from the trap, hip-hop, and electronic music genres is a bit missing (here, a little more would be ideal), but the headphones can throw out extremely cool bass, which is obvious when you turn on the "arena" or "club" surround sound modes, which I frequently use. It is true that the overall sound quality will suffer along with the use of these modes; as a result, it is not possible to listen to them continuously. On some tracks, though, it comes off as incredibly goodโnearly flawless, in my opinion. I also have a pair of headphones called xb50ap, which retail for $1,390 and do not sound nearly as horrible as the xb900n. In overall, I believe that for the price of 13,000, you can purchase in-ear headphones that will have a significantly higher sound quality than the xb900n. Yet it is impossible (at least for me) to use earplugs for an extended period of time, and I've read that doing so can cause hearing loss (maybe this is a myth). The headphones are excellent for the price, and there are practically any alternatives available; but, I believe that for a greater amount of money, you could find something that is more appropriate for bassheads. Especially so if you listen to it on a high-fidelity audio system. Yet, the built-in systems in headphones typically do not perform very well in most situations. Should I purchase these headphones once more? No. At this point, I would invest between thirty and forty thousand dollars to obtain the best possible sound. But I'm not going to sell it unless there's an entirely additional 30,000 dollars for brand new ones. Only then will I consider doing so. For the 13k, the distance at the peak is reduced.
