I've resigned myself to being officially old, now I have to bandage both knees while running on the treadmill or any exercise for that matter. I usually use a 4" width, but I went with them because I thought they would cover a lot of area and they do what I like, but if what you're packaging is pretty small I might use a 4" width select customs. In fact, they are very long and do not stretch. I'm about 5ft 8" (5ft 8") tall and they walked right past me (see picture). Another great thing about them was that they have a little marker on them that tells you which side to apply to the skin so you don't have to guess. (see image). Velcro is good too. It won't rip the packaging like other velcro when you take it apart. I will definitely keep buying this brand if I need more!
