I like that they are constantly looking at new ways of improving their product so it's easy to use without having any technical knowledge in order to do this. They also have very good customer service which is always helpful when using an online tool such as theirs! Nothing really comes across negatively about them but if there was anything i would say maybe make sure your team has enough people who can help with support issues or questions because sometimes things take longer than expected before someone gets back to you. We're solving our onboarding process by providing employees access to all relevant information from one place - including benefits enrollment, payroll processing etc., allowing us to provide better guidance during each step along the way.
