I like that it is an all in one platform, which makes it easy to manage my employees at any level. It also allows me to easily access information, such as pay rates, benefits, etc. The only thing I dislike about this software is the amount of training required for us to be able to use it effectively. The easy user interface makes it very quick & simple for any new hire or seasoned professional alike! I wish there was an option of scheduling appointments without having to use external apps like Zoom/Skype etc.. There are some things that could be improved but overall everything is good about this software system! The fact that we can access our data at any point when in house or during travel which is great if its out of office hours so no one has availability! I like that they are constantly looking at new ways of improving their product so it's easy to use without having any technical knowledge in order to do this. They also have very good customer service which is always helpful when using an online tool such as theirs! Nothing really comes across negatively about them but if there was anything i would say maybe make sure your team has enough people who can help with support issues or questions because sometimes things take longer than expected…

I love that it is easy to use in our organization because of its simplicity and ease of navigation through the system.
