I like that it is an all in one platform, which makes it easy to manage my employees at any level. It also allows me to easily access information, such as pay rates, benefits, etc. The only thing I dislike about this software is the amount of training required for us to be able to use it effectively. Make sure you have enough resources available to train your staff before implementing this system. We are now able to easily communicate with our team members and make changes to their records quickly and efficiently.
