Review on Joynd by Erik Haynes

We are using joyn as our Talent management system which is very good platform that help us in managing all of our employees data such as performance appraisal/evaluation etc. The user interface can be improved but overall it's not bad at this moment. I would say its pretty decent application if your looking out solutions with integrated talent solution then yes definitely go ahead. It helps me manage my entire workforce easily without having any technical knowledge about it or even software development skills required by other systems like SAP HCM.
